Fascial Stretch Therapy 

 

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) uses a series of deep stretches to help the muscles, joints, and connective tissues. Through the Fascial Stretch Therapy movements, we work to stabilize the body and create more space in the joints. This can help prevent injury and help recovery in your personal training program.

For those who are enrolled in a personal fitness program with FITT Forge, we offer complimentary 60-minute yoga classes on Sundays. Suitable for everyone (even those who’ve never tried yoga before), these yoga classes are a great way to reduce stress, help your muscles recover, and meet others in the FITT Forge community.
